I personally like dishes with Sambal Matah because I truly love the aroma which comes from the shallots and oil. However, I cannot stand extreme level of spiciness - I like it to be just fine and tasty, without burning my throat.

Alright, now let me tell you what I think about the dish:

The portion is just right and fulfilling! It is very worth-it to get that much for only 19K especially from a nice venture like Chopstix. Everything was prepared freshly and the chicken is pan-fried along with the sambal matah; very juicy and tender! I somehow like it being that way since lots of other brands only have the crispy-coated version (which I think is not that fresh and not the healthiest as well). I also love the nice sunny side up on top - just what the nice dish needs to complement!

Take this as a short review since I did not dine-in at Chopstix. Was in a quite rush so decided to takeout the meal and have it at home. I really liked it overall, especially for the amazing deal from GO-PAY. This needs to be tried! Recommended!
